Start time: 08:00 for 08:30 (if we get more than ten hikers, it will be cheaper).
Pay at the start of the hike.
An easy hike of about 3 hours, with plenty of game to see.
Bring & braai after the hike (club will provide charcoal).
Even if you don’t feel up to hiking (or are unable to hike because of injuries) please join us as there is a lovely lapa, shady trees and lawns + a small pool.

Directions:
1. From Johannesburg: Take R512 past Lanseria Airport. At the Broederstroom T-junction, just after the Crocodile River, turn LEFT. 4 km along, see sign to Hartebeeshoek and turn LEFT again. Follow this road for about 14 km until you see a green gate with “Segwati Ranch” on the right-hand side of the road.
2. From West Rand, it is probably quicker to take R563 towards Hekpoort. Just after the Maropeng turn-off (on the left), there is a road to the RIGHT that goes past the Hartebeeshoek Radio Astronomy. Segwati Ranch is about 18 km from the R563, on your left-hand side.
